LWVNM Board Policy on Actionable Items (November 19, 2022)
When a board meeting has been scheduled, the agenda must be sent out at least 72 hours before the scheduled board meeting. It must include the motion and the full text and background of all actionable items to be considered by the board. The agenda may be updated later in the week, but no vote will be taken on any item that was not in the original agenda.
